When you send us emails or submit problem reports through our app/email, we process this information with the objective of providing responses, resolving issues, and offering general support to our customers. ·         Processing Payments via App Stores
Wize VPN is available for subscription through the Apple App Store. While Wize VPN does not directly handle your payment information, subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple. As such, any personal data related to payment processing is managed according to Apple's privacy policies and terms.

·         Access to Personal Data by Wize VPN

When you send us emails or submit problem reports through our app/email, we process this information with the objective of providing responses, resolving issues, and offering general support to our customers. You have two options when reporting an issue to us:

1. Anonymous Reporting: You can choose to report an issue without providing your email address. Please note that if you opt for anonymous reporting, we will not be able to respond to you.

2. Identifiable Reporting: You can choose to include your email address when reporting an issue. This will allow us to respond to your report via the email address provided.

·         Your Privacy with Third-Party Payment Processors
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the Apple App Store to understand how your personal data is handled in relation to payment processing. As we rely on Apple for processing payments, any queries or concerns regarding payment processing should be directed to Apple.



Support and Problem Report Retention Policy

In our commitment to privacy and efficient data management, Wize VPN adheres to a specific retention policy for communications related to support and problem reports. Upon the resolution or closure of a support case or problem report, all related emails and reports are archived, which means they are removed from the active inbox. To ensure the security and privacy of your data, we retain these archived communications only until the beginning of each year. Every January, all emails and problem reports sent to our support address from the previous year are automatically and permanently erased from all storage locations, including the inbox, deleted items, sent items, trash, and archives. This annual erasure process is part of our ongoing commitment to protect your personal data and to ensure that it is not kept longer than necessary.


The Rights of Individuals

Wize VPN recognizes and respects your rights concerning your personal data. In certain situations, you are entitled to ask us to make corrections to your personal data if you believe it is inaccurate or request its deletion.

Furthermore, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. However, due to our commitment to minimal data retention and ensuring your anonymity, in most cases, the only data we store is your email address.
