Terms and Conditions of Use for Wize VPN
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with the Privacy Policy, govern the use of Wize VPN services, including our website wizevpn.com ("Site"), applications ("Apps"), content, and associated software (collectively referred to as "Services").
These are offered by 11862600 Canada Inc. ("Wize VPN," "We," "Us," "Our").
BY ACCESSING THE SITE, REGISTERING FOR, OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND THE PRIVACY POLICY, FORMING A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND WIZE VPN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE SITE OR SERVICES. YOUR USE OF OUR SITE AND SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS, WHICH MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You represent that you are of legal age or a legally recognized entity, with the authority and consent to enter into this Agreement.
2. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Wize VPN may change the fees for accessing the Services without any prior notice at any time. You can purchase subscriptions exclusively through the Apple App Store, as no other payment methods are available. The subscription is non-renewable, and each purchase grants 30 days of access to the application's services. You must manually renew your subscription by purchasing additional 30-day periods. If the subscription expires, service access will cease until renewed. You may purchase multiple 30-day subscriptions at once, and the total remaining duration will be displayed in the 'Account' section of the app.
All purchases of Wize VPN services made through the App Store are considered final and are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made in accordance with the refund policies of the Apple App Store. Except for these specific cases under the App Store's policies, refunds will not be issued under any other circumstances. This policy is an integral part of the purchase agreement and is acknowledged by you during the transaction process.
3. Modifications to Terms
Wize VPN reserves the right to add to, change, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Since your subsequent visit to the Site or use of the Services may be governed by updated Terms, Wize VPN encourages you to review the Terms regularly, especially for any new effective dates. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
4. Privacy Policy
Wize VPN is committed to respecting user privacy and does not monitor the number of connections from a client. However, Wize VPN reserves the right to reduce or limit connections as necessary to ensure the optimal functioning of our systems. The Privacy Policy provides detailed information on data handling.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user, you are solely responsible for safeguarding your account's confidentiality and for all activities that occur under your account. Immediately inform Wize VPN of any unauthorized use of your account. Wize VPN does not have control over, nor is it responsible for, any data, content, services, or products (including software) that you access, download, receive, or purchase through the Services. While Wize VPN may take measures to block certain information, transmissions, or access to protect the Services, our network, the public, or our users, there is no obligation to do so. Additionally, Wize VPN is not a publisher of third-party content accessed through the Services and bears no responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, or delivery of any content, opinions, advice, statements, messages, services, graphics, data, or other information provided by or accessible through third parties via the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in using the Services. Misuse of the Services is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account without a refund.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an 'as is' basis without any warranties of any kind. Actual service coverage, speeds, locations, and quality may vary. Wize VPN aims to maintain the Services consistently, except during limited periods for maintenance and repair. Nonetheless, the Services may be subject to unavailability due to various factors beyond our control, including emergencies, third-party service failures, transmission and equipment or network problems, interference, signal strength issues, etc. There may be delays or omissions in service. Wize VPN is not liable for any lost, undelivered, delayed, or misdirected data, messages, or pages due to service interruptions or performance issues. Usage or Service limits may be imposed, or certain usages may be suspended or blocked at Wize VPN's sole discretion to protect users or the Services. The accuracy and timeliness of the data received are not guaranteed and may be affected by these factors.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Wize VPN, its affiliates, staff, agents, representatives, licensors, or third-party partners ('Wize VPN Parties') be held responsible for any kind of damages or losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential, that you or anyone else might incur as a result of using, not being able to use, or the outcomes of using our services, website, or any related content. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses. However, your use of the Services may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws..
